Strata, a series of 24 works made using letratone and Mylar, with ink and archival tape on paper. These works, combine personal and imagined narratives, speculations with images generated by machines; bringing attention to how technology used to extract and mine natural resources structurally are reshaping the planet we call home. Carefully and intricately made, with immense attention and detail, these hand-cut, drawn images remind us of the images generated by satellites, GPS, star maps and infographic signs, reinterpreted through the lens of the artist, forming a combination of geology and the inner landscape of human consciousness.

हाज़रा वाहिद का काम स्ट्रेटा, लेट्रेटोंन , मायलर और इंक से काग़ज़ पर बनायी गई २८ कामों की सीरीज है। इन कामों में निजी, और काल्पनिक कथन और कहानियाँ मशीनों द्वारा बनाई गई तस्वीरों जैसे दिखने वाली कृतियों को मिलाकर बना है। यह काम आधुनिक यंत्रों द्वारा हो रहे खनन, और उससे धरती की बदलती सतह की ओर हमारा ध्यान खींचते हैं। बहुत ही महीनता से बनाये गए इन चित्रों को हाथों से बनाया और काटा गया है, जो की जीपीएस, सैटेलिटीज़, स्तर मैप्स, और इंफोग्राफ़िक साइंस जैसे मशीन द्वारा बनाई गई कृतियों की याद कराते हैं, जिन्हें कलाकार भूज्ञान और हमार इंसानी चेतना के परिदृश्य से मिला एक नई दुनिया का सृजन करती हैं।
